Synthetic Railway Sleepers
Synthetic wood sleepers made of FFU® have been used on a global scale since the 1980s. Technically and economically, they raise the railroad superstructure to a new level. Manufactured by using a pultrusion technique. Polyurethane is impregnated into continuous glass-fibre strands and a composite of the materials is obtained by curing at an aised temperature.
FFU® – high durability and easy workability similar to that of natural wood.
